As spring hopefully approaches us, we start to look forward to summer and make plans for our 3rd summer party in order to see our friends and of course raise much needed funds for

Ollie's Fund for Canine Epilepsy Reasearch

Your support over the past few years has been wonderful and we really do

 hope that can continue again this year

 

We will, as always have our much loved

which is always a great part of the day and has always attracted huge classes !

Of course there will be the beautiful rosettes kindly provided by

Montecani Spinone

as well as prizes for the

Best In Show, Reserve Best in Show

and Best Puppy winners

 

We would love to have any Raffle prizes you can spare again this year

Any gifts unwanted and perhaps tucked in a cupboard from Christmas

would be greatfully appreciated as donations - no matter how small or large they be

(husbands and naughty children not accepted - sorry !)

 

We of course will be serving our Home Cooked Menu again this year

 

 

Wine is not provided but please brirg a bottle if you wish

 

Squash, tea and coffee are provided on a 'serve yourself' basis all day

 

We do stress that to help Sarah and I with the catering, that we have your tickets

purchased in advance of the day wherever possible

If you think that you will be able to attend, but won't know until nearer the day

all we ask is a courtesey email to haggerwoods@aol.com

simply to advise us that you hope to join us

This deters you from going hungry on the day,  purely as as much as we can 'over cater',

it's not always possible to know how by how much !

Last summer we were fantastically attended and we had about

40 people extra arrive that we didn't know of !

If you advise us that there's a chance you can attend, we'll always cater for you !

 

Tickets are £8.50 each per adult

Children and dogs are free !

For Children, there is the Abbey's outdoor play area

with rope swings, tunnels and a climbing area

Of course, the whole  Abbey confines is gated and fenced

Once inside the dogs and the children can all safely run about happily

 

We always hope for lovely weather, and last year was wonderfully warm

Please bring picnic chairs and blankets as outdoor seating and tables are limited

Water bowls for the dogs are provided

but do bring your own if your dog prefers less 'shared' water !!!!

 

We always ask everyone to scoop after their own dogs

Pooh bags will be provided on the day

I'm of course more than willing to help anyone wishing

to stay locally on the Saturday evening or Sunday

There are numerous local B&B's or hotels I can happily recommend to anyone
